Waited over 2 hours for a Taxi. Had to get to work fast. First they said it will only take 20 to 30 minutes. Won't call them ever again. Then the driver said he's been here and honked a few times. Not true, I was sitting at the window waiting the whole time. Didn't see a Taxi.
If I could rate ZERO STARS I Would 100% Very Disrepectful Drivers. Very Rude And Misreable People here! You call to complain and they don't listen still have the same rude drivers and the people at the base doesn't care how they treat there customer! USE SPEEDY TAXi MUCH Better Service Cheaper And They Come Fast and Are Very Respectful And Patient !!!! ZERO STARS MONROE TAXi SUCKS!
Unreliable and unprofessional. Called during the day to arrange for an 8pm pick-up to make an 8:18 bus (10 minute drive). Was promised a car will be there at 7:55. No car at 8pm -- called to find out what's happening, was told the car will be there in a few minutes. They called me back 5 minutes later to tell me that the driver got lost and won't be there for another 10 minutes, at which point it was too late. If you need to be somewhere on time -- stay away from this place.

My car broke down and I wasn't able to pick my daughter and grand children up from Stewart Airport. I called in a panic and the dispatcher calmed me down and assured me that a car would be dispatched right away, that they had a car in the area. The driver was friendly and courteous and the price was reasonable. Thank you!
